Well it's been a while in the making but finally we were able to unveil Little Elms to the world - and what a grand unveiling it has been. A Sunday Telegraph feature and a double page feature in both the Chronicle and Journal - all for one (not so little) house in Gosforth.
Of course Little Elms is by no means an ordinary home. This has been a major residential project and a real first for the city. A new build executive home in one of Gosforth’s most exclusive streets but built to be 92% more energy efficient than your average property. Little Elms has been designed and constructed along the principles of PassivHaus by our clients Blake Hopkinson Architects and JD Joinery and Building Services and together, they have created something truly inspirational.
Who could possibly guess that behind those high stone walls of Parker Avenue lies a true gem of a Grand Design for a family of four with an eye on the energy demands of the future. It’s been a pleasure to work with the owners of Little Elms to ensure this property got the attention it deserved – the Chronicle piece alone has been shared over 225 times online.
With our real passion for property PR we have been able to ensure both the architect and building contractor have received recognition in the region for creating such a landmark green building – and we’re only just getting started!
